Comments: Mr Billings did a great job cutting down the trees, however, you have to make sure you both understand what you want/need done. I asked for 2 trees to be cut down and some branches trimmed on another tree. He counted one tree with a fork as 2 trees. The other one he didn't touch. I have a large backyard where I had raked the leaves (last year's leaves and this year) into probably 10 piles. Randall included the leaf clean-up in the price for tree-trimming service. Not only did he clean-up the leaf piles but went along the back fence-line raking and hauling away all the debris and pine needles. There was a good amount. I told him I did not expect him to do all that extra work as it was not included in the original quote but he said no problem he had it. I am a widow with a very bad back... the extra work he did after I told him I did not expect it... well, I am a very happy customer and will be hiring him again this summer for additional tree trimming. Comments: Randal Billings responded to my Home Advisor request for tree trimming and removal. It was Sunday afternoon and he responded to my request inside of 40 mins. I asked him when he could come out and quote. Expecting him to be a typical contractor as this was Labor Day weekend I thought he would say Tuesday. Randall was on my property that afternoon. We walked the property and I showed him 12 years worth of deferred tree trimming maintenance plus a dead tree alongside my home that would need an expert to remove. Randal assured me that his crew would make quick business of the massive amount of work. In my head I kinda was like no way this guy is pulling my leg. He gave me a execptional price an offer that was very well calculated by his years of experience. Remember this is Sunday before Labor Day in afternoon. We had come to terms fairly on the financial portion and now came the part that most home owners are concerned with quality work completed as agreed upon and with as little inconvenience as possible. I asked Randall when could I expect to see the work to start an when could I expect the work to be completed. He responded quickly saying we start 1st thing in the morning 9:00am on Labor Day and we finish by sun down????????? Ok I'm thinking to myself OK! This morning his crew of men started showing up at 8:30 unloading and ready to work at 9:00 as Randal had promised. By noon they had worked the entire front side of my property trimming heavy oaks and bushy palms that have not had any attention in 12 years. I will say again it was a massive amount of work. His crew never stopped men where in the trees with chain saws and men on the ground loading debris like a well oiled machine. Everything was cleaned up with a rake as it was cleaner than when they came. His crew also completed a fair amount of trimming that we had not talked about in our original agreement but they did it anyway as they felt it was the best time to do it as they where there. My wife and I watched as if it where some kind of dream. It began to rain and thunder and I urged them to be safe and pause as it blew buy but they seemed very a custom to working and this was no challenge for these guys. They saved the toughest tree for the last wich made no sense in my mind as I would have done that clearly 1st. His climber nickname "Spider" appropriately so was in the top on this tree so fast you would thought he was headed home. The problem tree was in a "y" and overhanging my home rather large with air conditioning units in the landing area. Well Mr.Spyder assured me he had watched a YouTube video on this an thought he could handle it. He was quiet funny I think that actually was his way of keeping me calm as a home owner and well it worked. This guy is a tree surgeon never once did his calculation fail. Comments: Mr. Billings called right away and he came out to look at the trees and give an estimate for 3 Trees to be removed and stump grinding. He saw a 150 foot pine tree that was a real threat to our house. We agreed to 4 trees being removed and stump grinding. He also agreed to trim all the other dead branches on the other trees around the house and trim a palm tree as well for free. He arrived the next day with an 8 man crew and they worked all day long cutting down 4 trees that were 40 years old and several right next to the house. He supervised the entire process from Start to end and it took all day long and they were working almost none stop the entire time. They were very professional, polite and hard and fast workers. There was 3 open bed trailers of debris removed and then they brought in the heavy equipment to do the last two trees. They used a Crain and stump grinder to get it all done in just one day. It was a total of 13 man crew by the end of the day. Fantastic price for all that hard work and highly recommend them to anyone. Those were 4 very large and high trees could not turn down the price and the work was top notch. He estimated one day, crew of 4, it took 2 guys working full out 2 days, then 1guy, came back and worked a 3rd, same price, great work, in extreme heat, polite, nice men. Comments: Randall Billings crew are amazing, hardworking, one of them 'Spiderman' expertly took down the tree while climbing around in it, and they did an excellent job from start to clean up. But what really impressed me the most was that Randall called with in minutes of me place the tree removal project, was at my house an hour later to give me a quote. It was obvious he was out with who I assume was his wife and interrupted his day to give me a quote and highly recommended him. I even have passed his name and number onto my employer who needs to have some trees trimmed and will recommended him for anyone else I know who needs this type of work done.

Comments: He called back the same day, came out that afternoon with an estimate. I agreed on a price and he said he would be out in the morning to do the job and he was! He dropped off two fellows, Joe and Joe, and a load of mulch. They trimmed the bushes, put down the mulch, dugout some dead plants, transplanted some other bushes and they did a light thinning of my magnolia tree. They raked the yard and around all bushes. They did all of this in 7-1/2 hours and then hauled away all the trash. I was more than pleased!

Comments: Randal came out , gave me a QUOTE and it was the lowest of the three quotes. ( 1st was $3300 -called back and reduced to $2800 , 2nd was $1100 and the 3rd was $1400 ) Randal was able to start the following day and had my two tree's down quickly , cleaned up and then followed threw with cleaning the suckers off the trunks of the remaining tree as requested. Overall I believe I got a good job for a fair price and would call them again should I need tree's removed or trimmed.
